Janitor / Commercial Cleaner – Full-Time, Days

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience. A permanent, full-time weekday cleaning job (days, not a night crew) keeping our two Gloucester County sites clean, safe and ready every morning.

The Role

We are hiring a full-time Janitor / Commercial Cleaner for our headquarters in Swedesboro, NJ and our Mullica Hill property (offices, farm building and work areas). Most days are at one site. You will:

• Clean offices, restrooms, break areas, conference rooms and reception daily.
• Keep shop, warehouse and repair-depot floors swept, clear and safe.
• Take out trash and recycling on schedule.
• Restock supplies and let us know before anything runs out.
• Handle light upkeep: change bulbs and filters, report leaks or broken fixtures.
• Work carefully around live repair work on surgical equipment.

What You Bring

• Previous commercial, medical or industrial cleaning experience.
• Reliability: the building has to be right every morning.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals (we'll train you on anything specific).
