Repair Terms & Conditions
- No-fix, no-charge: The flat rate is only charged if the repair is successful.
- Electronic components only: Our repair covers electronic and functional components. Cosmetic repairs (scratches, cracks, housing damage) are addressed to the best of our abilities but are not the primary scope of the flat-rate repair.
- Refurbishing available: We offer refurbishing services for cosmetic corrections at an additional charge. Ask us for a quote.
- Complete unit required: To apply the flat rate, the unit must be received complete, unopened, and with all original components. Units with missing components may not qualify for flat-rate pricing.
- Missing clips: Missing mounting clips are an additional charge and are not included in the flat-rate repair price.
- Warranty: 90 Days from date of repair.
